“ Most of the reviews are correct however I showed up 30min before my appt time and was given a dock door in about 10min. Once backed to dock took about 2hours to get loaded. Overall not a bad experience. ”

“ Today, 1-13-2023, we were scheduled to pick up from this location at 9pm. My husband & I drive team. I had read the reviews & I was not looking forward to going. Our appointment time was 9pm. From reading the other reviews we just didn't even bother to show up early. We arrived 30 mins till our appt time. Told to fill out some information. And park on the left side upon entering. We were parked only about 15 minutes. When the phone rang & we're told what dock door to go to. There is a process you must follow which is explained on the paperwork. There is a bar code on it. You do have to get on a scale. Going towards the dock door, it is a tight spot. We were there at the dock door about an hour at most. Then, followed the next set of instructions to proceed onto the exit, to have the load sealed at the entrance. That took about 10 minutes. After we were done & on our way to our drop. Overall, the experience was more pleasant than others have written. Not bad. ”
